• What is the problem? The better you describe it, the more likely we are to understand what you mean and fix the bug.
• Describe what you see, what you expected, where you see it, the date and time it occured, the Contact, etc.
• Indicate whether you see it on your iPad, iPhone or in the Backend.
• Indicate which user you are logged in as.
• We can only fix the bug if we can reproduce it. Therefore, please indicate the steps we need to take to reproduce the problem.
• It is very helpful if you add screen recordings.

• Wat is het probleem? Hoe beter je het beschrijft, hoe groter de kans dat we direct begrijpen wat je bedoelt en de bug kunnen repareren.
• Beschrijf wat je ziet, wat je verwachtte, waar je het ziet, de datum en tijd waarop het gebeurde, bij welk Contact, etc.
• Zet erbij of je dat op je iPad, iPhone of in de Backend ziet.
• Geef aan als welke gebruiker je ingelogd bent.
• Pas als wij de bug kunnen 'reproduceren', kunnen we die oplossen. Geef daarom de stappen aan die wij moeten doorlopen om het probleem te reproduceren.
• Wat echt heel erg helpt, is als je schermopnames toevoegt.

Bij bugs in de Backend: zorg dat de webadresbalk ook altijd in beeld is.
